Damaged

This book arrived with scratches and a bend at the top. I went through quite a process trying to request a return, even had to send photos for evidence. A week later I am told that my return is approved yet I have to pay for shipping to send it back and at that time, might just receive a credit as opposed to a refund. All this for a $7 book? Wouldn't it just have been easier to package the book safely so it didn't get ruined in shipping?

We are so sorry to hear that your book arrived damaged. We have confirmed with our customer service team that they did indeed send you a prepaid returned label for the damaged book. We never require a customer to pay to return a damaged item. Per our policy a refund is issued once the product arrives to our boutique.
