How do I return/exchange something?

  • Visit our consumer portal link here
  • Enter your email address and order number
  • Select “Start your return/exchange” 
  • Select items you would like to return/exchange, reason why, and your preferences
  • Once you submit your return/exchange request a QR code will be provided to your or a label you can generate and print. You will also receive return instructions via email

TYPES OF RETURNS

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURN

If you would like to exchange or return non-defective products, they must be returned in the same packaging, unwashed, unused, and in re-sellable condition. Items must have been purchased within the last 45 days. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.

Please note all SALE ITEMS purchased through our warehouse sale are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Select the products you are returning and select a reason why you're returning them. Submit your return and you will receive instructions for returning your items.

Pack up your items and ship the items to the return address listed in your email. Please keep a record of the tracking number. Please pack the items nicely, if they are damaged due to lack of packaging or padding, the return will be rejected and returned to you. 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN

If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please reach out to our Customer Service department at [email protected] and include photos so we can help with a possible return label and process a replacement.

REFUND POLICY

  • Time - Items must have been purchased within the last 45 days. Full orders refused and/or returned by the customer will receive a refund when the returned items arrive at our order center and are processed (less any shipping fees paid).
  • Method Of Refund - Once processed, refunds will be returned to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.  Refunds may take up to 3 business days.
  • Product Condition - The Natural Baby Company is happy to refund your money for products that are returned new in the original, undamaged package within 45 days of purchase. Items must be new in box/unopened/like new in order to return.  Baby Bottles, cloth diapers, swim diapers , & ring slings cannot have been used. 
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.  
  • Refund Process - To initiate a return please start a return by visiting the Returns Page, or selecting "Returns" above.
